NEW from Blood
e-blood
Consider submitting to Blood’s newest article type
The explosion of new technology platforms has resulted in an increase of
paper submissions containing high-quality validated data sets that are
“hypothesis generating,” but are not yet developed into a complete
biological or clinical story. There is also an increase in papers reporting
novel and technically complex methods with detailed validation data, but
not yet utilized to answer a critical biological or therapeutic question.
In the past these papers have routinely been rejected, often without
review. We realize that these papers are of high interest and utility for
hematology researchers and have created e-Blood as a forum for publication of the best and most useful of these submissions.
e-Blood papers are fully peer-reviewed, PubMed citable, and will be
available online-only but will be listed and highlighted in the print edition’s
Table of Contents. Submission information can be found in the Blood
Author Guide at www.bloodjournal.org.
