• To inspire and empower members of
the Berkeley-Haas community to
develop innovative solutions to pressing
social and environmental challenges
• Strive to achieve our mission through a
rich array of courses, activities and
research
• Aim to give students and tools and
vision they need to design path-bending
careers with social impact

Our Objectives
• Build on existing School activities in ethics, responsible business
leadership, sustainability, non-profit leadership, health management,
global economic development, and social entrepreneurship
o To promote synergies and coordination among these activities
o To catalyze research and faculty engagement in these areas
o To add new activities starting with a new teaching and research
initiative on gender parity
