Once you become familiar with GarageBand and its
functions you can start to add effects which will
enhance the track.
These functions could include:
 Fade In/Out
 Change of Key Signature
 Change of Tempo
 Copy/Cut/Pasting of tracks
 Splitting / Joining tracks

Once you have completed a track you can
save it and export the track to iTunes or
save it to disk.
Once you have saved all the tracks you want
you can then create a playlist in iTunes and
burn a CD.
