Sunny Jain Yash Bharadwaj Sushant Saurabh Vinit Verma Subham Gupta Anuj Srivastava Agam Gupta Shubham Sharma Abhishek Thakur Pratyush Vashishat About the Event: IEEE Student Branch, Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad is going to hold an “IEEE Sponsored website design contest”. The purpose of this event is to provide a platform for the global visibility to the students of IIIT Allahabad through web‐design and management competition. The participants may form the teams of two students (Undergraduate or Post Graduate level) only. Then it is required to register for the event. All the registered teams will be assigned a task to design the website of any professional society. The detail requirements will be briefed to all the registered teams by IEEE‐SB faculty coordinator just after the registrations are closed for the same. There is no participation fee for the above‐mentioned event. This competition will take place in three stages as follows, •
Stage‐1(Preparatory): All registered teams will be allowed for the first stage. The progress will be judged and 60% teams will be qualified for the second round. Stage‐2 (Professional): At this stage 50% teams will be qualified for the final round. Stage‐3 (Expert): The final competition will be organized on the 2ND Nov 2014. There will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th winners selected by the judges. •

The participants who qualify the 2nd round will get the certificate of participation form IEEE. The participants who qualify for the final round will be awarded the certificate of appreciation by IEEE. Winner will be awarded the certificate of Excellence along with the prizes and recognition by IEEE. Any one website (with some possible modifications) may be adopted and launched by IEEE UTTAR PRADESH Section. The owner of the website will be required to transfer the copyright to IEEE UP Section. Certificate of recognition will be awarded to all the associated organizing committee members’ by IEEE. Patron: We hope that, being among one of the topmost IT Institutions
