Booking information and small print
For lunch, dinner and party night bookings a pre-order for party’s over 10 or more will be required.
Booking for Christmas Party Nights and Christmas Day requires a £10.00 per person deposit to
secure your booking.
Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable and in the event of a reduction in party numbers
deposits cannot be used as part payment for final balances.
Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days and released if a deposit is not received.
The balance for Christmas Party Nights and Christmas Day are required to be paid by
1st November 2014. Unfortunately balance payments are non-refundable.
Failure to settle in full by 1st November 2014 may result in the cancellation of your booking
Our Festive menu is also available on Christmas Eve from 5pm - 8pm. The main hotel will
close at 9.30pm on Christmas Eve.
