We have a full programme of events throughout the festive period to tempt you to
visit us – whether for one of our famous Party Nights, a Festive Lunch with work
colleagues or for our Gala Hogmanay Dinner Dance – there is something for everyone.
CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS
Our famous Party Nights are the perfect way to get you into the festive mood!
Arrive at 7.30pm for a sumptuous 4 course Christmas Dinner during which
our own Bublé style singer* entertains you, then it’s on with the party until
1.00am with our resident DJ Radio Clyde’s Bill Smith. You can reserve your table
now with a deposit of only £5 per person by calling us on 01475 520919.
THE EARLY PARTY NIGHT FREE WINE OFFER – Saturday 29th November
After the success of last year’s early party Night we are having another to get you in
the mood for the Festive Season! Ideal for those who are too busy to party later in
December or just a great value night out – you decide. A 4course Christmas Menu with
a FREE BOTTLE OF WINE per 4 guests plus dancing until 1am but at the special reduced
price of only £23! Reserve your tables as soon as possible – it’s going to be a sell out!
THE ‘FEEVA’ 70’s CHRISTMAS PARTY – Sunday 21st December
Cocktails on arrival, a special festive menu and a brilliant night’s live entertainment
with Feeva and their hits from Motown, 60’s, 70’s & 80’s party hits. From the
girl band that rocked Ardgowan Hospice Ladies Day it’s the ultimate party
night for Christmas and one of the most popular nights of the year!
MID-WINTER BALL – Saturday 27th December
A glass of fizz on arrival, candlelit dinner & live entertainment till the wee
hours. Black tie for the Gents and Glamorous for the Ladies. Tickets £30.
HOGMANAY GALA DINNER DANCE – Wednesday 31st December
A black tie way to bring in the New Year and the best Hogmanay in
Inverclyde! Cocktails & canapés, sumptuous 4 course dinner, live music from
Jimallywhy, dancing till 2am with Radio Clyde’s Bill Smith & a piper at the
bells! Tickets £55 per person. Early reservations strongly advised.

BOOKING YOUR PARTY NIGHT
1. Decide which date you prefer and how many are in your party
then call us on 01475 520919 to check availability and make a
provisional booking – we will then send you a booking form.
2. Ask all of your party to select their meal choices on the booking form and return
it with a £5 per person deposit within 7 days of making your initial booking.
3. Pay the balance for your party night by 1st November. Please note
that monies are non-refundable for cancellations after this date.

The Small Print
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £5 for each person in the party is due within 7 days of making a
provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be automatically released if the deposit has not
been received after this 7 day period. Once paid, your booking will then be confirmed.
Final Payment
The final balance payment is due by 1st November 2014. This payment is non-refundable. Where a booking is made
within 4 weeks of the function date, the full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
If you cancel
We regret that monies cannot be refunded after payment has been received.No
deposits or payments will be transferred or used for other products.
If we cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any date, if numbers booked are not viable.Alternative
dates will be offered, but if not suitable, all monies will be refunded.
Property
Management cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal money or belongings at these functions.
