Alyona Chystyakova joined CPEX in 2014 as an Associate on the Multi-Family Investment Sales
Team, upon completing the CPEX Sales Training Program. She previously participated in CPEX’s
Mentorship Program with a concentration on Retail Leasing. Fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian,
Ms. Chystyakova will assist the Multi-Family Team with client outreach, valuations, marketing, client
reporting, and other projects within the line.
Prior to CPEX, Ms. Chystyakova worked for a full service experiential event production and marketing/
advertising company, with operations in 17 cities worldwide, which specialized in hospitality and
premium consumer brands. As part of her responsibilities planning and coordinating events, Ms.
Chystyakova prepared marketing materials and reported on event budgets and logistics, following up
with clients, private members, and high-level sponsors after each event to get feedback and evaluate
performance for the executive team.
Ms. Chystyakova graduated from the CUNY Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College with a
Bachelor of Business Administration, having majored in International Marketing with a minor in
Public Survey Research. She currently resides on the Upper East Side.
