DART Customer Activities New Login Link – Update
As previously posted on June 27, 2014 Kinder Morgan is in the process of upgrading and
adding new servers. This Saturday night November 15, 2014 access to the old Dart
servers will be going away. Please be aware that if you are using “Dart Login (Old)” or
from Mobile Dart “Houston IDart” or “Lakewood IDart”, these connections will no
longer be available. If you are currently using “Dart Login” or from Mobile Dart “HOU
IDart –New” you will not see a change.
The IP addresses are located on the "DART Access/Firewall Rules" page under the "Help
& Information" section of our site at
http://pipeline.kindermorgan.com/StaticContentManager.aspx?control=firewallRules.
Access to the public areas of http://pipeline.kindermorgan.com does not require these
firewall rules.
If you have not already done so please forward these IP addresses to your IT department
as soon as possible in order to reduce a potential interruption of access.
For questions concerning firewall configuration please contact Skip Stallings at 713-3699067, [email protected]. For general questions concerning this
change, please contact Wade Callen at 713-369-9366,
[email protected].
Note: Technical Staff is limited over the weekend and may not be available
to assist if experience any technical issues accessing Dart.
STORAGE UPDATE
As a reminder November 30, 2014 is a Sunday and part of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
All December 1 online storage transfers need to be input and confirmed on or before the end
of day November 30. If you or your back-up need assistance, please contact your scheduler in
the coming week for training.
If your storage transfer is not completed on terminated or recalled contracts online, your
storage contract will be charged for being over MSQ on your invoice, and the balance will not be
automatically moved to the new contract.
All storage customers that do storage transfers need to set up a contact with an email in DART
for notification of storage transfers. Go to Business Preference, New, Select the “IMBAL
TRD/STOR TRANS” category and input the contact information including the phone number and
email. NOTE: IF THE EMAIL IS NOT SET UP FOR THE GID, THE TRANSFER WILL BE IN ERROR
AND THIS MUST BE FIXED BEFORE THE TRANSFER CAN PROCEED.
