Cancellation Policy: Please understand that a 50%
cancellation fee will apply if you change your appointment time
or are unable to attend with less than 24 hrs notice, or 48hrs
notice for group bookings and packages of more than 1hr.
If you do not turn up for your appointment there will be a
100% cancellation fee.
Bookings: Packages or group bookings of one hour or more
will require a deposit to secure your booking. If using a gift
voucher please quote the voucher number when booking and
present your voucher prior to your treatment.
