VOLKSWAGEN EXPERTS PROGRAMME UNVEILED
VOLKSWAGEN EXPERTS PROGRAMME UNVEILED
KUALA LUMPUR, November 4, 2014 – As part of its aftersales initiatives,
Volkswagen today introduced the Volkswagen Experts programme in
Malaysia. This programme involves 10 certified master technicians from
Germany – better known as Volkswagen Experts – working closely with local
dealerships to further enhance customer satisfaction in Malaysia.
These 10 Volkswagen Experts will be stationed at selected service centres to
understand and guide local technicians in addressing and rectifying
vehicular issues faced by Volkswagen owners. They will be present at the
dealerships on a two-week rotation to ensure full coverage. Through this
initiative, Volkswagen Malaysia is committed to improve dealer’s service
capability for long-term growth and competitiveness.
“Volkswagen Malaysia will continue to invest on training and development of
the technicians at all authorised dealerships to enhance the after sales
service experience,” said Mr Armin Keller, Managing Director of Volkswagen
Group Malaysia.
“These well-trained and experienced technicians will play a vital role in
providing highest standard of service to customers and support the
dealerships by educating their service technicians and encouraging them to
gain knowledge and purse new skills.”
Responding to the need for highly-trained aftersales service staff, the
Volkswagen Experts will also help in coaching and developing quality
aftersales service skills, which will better equip the local technicians to handle
the growing demands from customers.
