Jacky Arness, Miss North Dakota and the granddaughter of Jack & Roxy Potter, will
sing and share her experiences of competing in the Miss America Pageant at BARC’s

Holiday Brunch on Saturday, November 22 . Jacky was named Miss Congeniality
and a Judge’s Finalist in the 2015 Miss America Pageant held in September.
