Why I LOVE What I Do …
I just love sharing with you the little tidbits I have learned along the way
in my business!
You may have heard it said that this business “is not magical but mathematical.” However, when you do the math and work the numbers,
something truly magical happens! We won’t be doing a crash course on
the theory of relativity here, but I DO want to share another formula that
is proven and that can give some insight into how to create momentum in
your business. I have clearly seen this formula in motion over the years
of my business and watching many of you. I ran across this formula in a
book by Dave Ramsey called Entre Leadership. Dave states that “momentum is an interesting and
somewhat elusive thing. When you have momentum in any area of your life you look better than you are…
everyone thinks you are smarter and prettier than you really are. It seems like everything you touch turns
to gold, all your ideas are great, and you can do little or no wrong…Conversely when you don’t have
momentum you are better than you look. It seems that everything you touch turns to poop, not
gold. Everything that can go wrong does. It feels like you are living in the middle of a bad country song…
when you don’t have momentum you are definitely better than you look.” This is SO true! Dave goes on to
say that momentum is not really a product of chance or a random bit of “luck,” but it is something that can
actually be created. As you can see here, the formula for UNSTOPPABLE
MOMENTUM is Focused Intensity Over Time multiplied by God. Fi/T(G)=M
I would like to personally challenge you to not be a victim of your situation in
your business, just waiting for your big break. Instead, focus your intensity and
passion for your Mary Kay products and the “why” that inspires and moves you
to action and do the work consistently over time, and present it before God to
multiply your efforts and CREATE the unstoppable momentum to take your
business to the next level!

a few idea to get your customers excited about shopping with YOU!






Many stores start their sales early on Thanksgiving Day
and you can too! Invite customers by sending the Holiday
Gift Guide MK eCard so they can make plans to shop
online with you instead. While friends and family are
|napping after the big Thanksgiving meal or watching the
big game, your customers can take a well-deserved break
and get a head start on holiday shopping.
You could also host a "Come and Go" open house during
the football game. Remind guests to bring their wish lists
as well. Later, you can get in touch with their Santa's to
make their gift wishes come true. Invite your customers to
come back on Black Friday for new deals, gift baskets, etc.
At both events, you'll want to hand out fliers or invitations
for your customers to shop online with you on Pink
Monday for more great deals. Sales and special deals
are totally up to you. Remember, it's your business!
Double-check your product inventory and place orders.
You'll want to have plenty of time to create gift baskets or
special holiday sets.
Send out online invitations to your customers to save the
date! Or use company-approved Facebook posts to invite
friends on your Facebook page.
