will click on Connection Extranet
link. Once on Partner Connection,
click on the North American
Rewards Program links to access
the portal.
3. Claim Your Rewards
To submit a claim go to the My
Programs menu on the home
page of QRewards and click the
Claims link. There you will find
easy to follow steps of how to
submit your claim.

Terms and Conditions: Programs are open to all North American resellers from November 1, 2014 – November 30, 2014. **FabricCache products are not eligible for 1.5X
reward points. Partner representatives and system engineers are each limited to 100,000 points maximum rewards payout per end-user invoice, per primary product category.
Rewards payout amounts on deals that receive special pricing authorization may be reduced. One sales rep and one system engineer are eligible to claim QRewards per sale. All
QLogic partners must sign an authorized reseller agreement to participate in QRewards. Cannot be combined with any other QLogic promotional offer. All claims must be
submitted within 60 days of the customer invoice date (no exceptions). OEM brand products are not eligible for the rewards program. QLogic Corporation assumes no
