If you are requested to meet
with Management, and you feel
that discipline or termination
may result - read the following
to Management PRIOR to the
meeting, and then call a Union
representative to help you.
"If this discussion could in any
way lead to my being disciplined or terminated, or affect
my personal working conditions, I respectfully request that
my union representative, officer,
or steward be present at this
meeting. Until my representative arrives, I choose not to participate in this discussion."

ahead of you. It will come to you but not all at once
so don’t fret it. After all, you’re delivering mail,
use your brain and body correctly and you’ll learn.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions.”

boxes” or mail slots on their routes. That way
when you are carrying on those routes, just knowing where to put the mail will help you get into a
rhythm and won’t slow you down.”
