CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout
challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses,
Lifts and Curls. BODYPUMP™ is a great introductory program and is suitable for all fitness levels.
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This highenergy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization
exercises. The instructor will provide a variety of low-impact options, making BODYATTACK™ suitable
for all fitness levels.
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves
you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series
of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of
harmony and balance. BODYBALANCE™ is a great introductory program and is suitable for all fitness
levels.
RPM™ is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take
on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks,
time trials, and interval training.
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely
energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as
Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high intensity interval training workout that features explosive high
impact movements designed to burn fat and improve athletic capability.
GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive
to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super-fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine
weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity,
strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A
stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the
glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but
achievable for your own level of fitness. Trained instructors guide you through correct technique as
you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and
hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Pilates is a class that will build long lean muscles whilst strengthens your core and improving your
posture. It is a great class that is low impact and recommended to do at least 1-2 times a week.
Yoga will increase your flexibility whilst naturally building strength and calming your mind and body
assisting you to de-stress. Yoga is a low impact class and recommended to do at least 1-2 times a
week.
circuit
Circuit is a highly motivating class offering exercises that are low in impact and use a variety of circuit
equipment. It is great for people that are uncertain about weight training but want to tone their body.
sculpt
Sculpt is a Freestyle group fitness class which is choreographed by our group fitness instructor. Being
a Freestyle group fitness class the class may change from class to class which will allow for variety in
the routine so you will never get bored!
lite
LITE: Low Impact Training Exercises, is based on gaining strength for everyday function. We focus on
movements that will help support your joints, enable your muscles to hold your body in its correct
position, and allow your body to operate and function in its ideal way.
