the police contract with the City of Herman
as presented.
Jim Przybilla and Al Carlson of Prime
West presented an update to the county
board on the County Employee Health Coverage Project.
Tracey Von Bargen presented an
agreement for utility relocation for the county road 20 project with Otter Tail Power for
approval.
A motion was made by Woltjer seconded by Wagner and carried to approve
agreement SAP 026-620-006 between
Grant County and Otter Tail Power for utility
relocation on the county road 20 project.
Karl Lindquist reviewed photos and
market values of the tax forfeit properties in
Grant County with the Commissioners.
A motion was made by Swanson
seconded by Woltjer and carried to have
the County Attorney draft and agreement
between the county and cities that request
to remove/tear down structures on tax forfeit
property that have a salvage value on them
and authorize the chairman to sign the appropriate documents.
Greg Lillemon presented a request by
CP Rail to mitigate .69 acres of wetland to
extend track siding near Hoffman.
A motion was made by Swanson seconded by Woltjer and carried to approve the
request by CP Rail.
