What is a Food & Beverage Minimum?
The Food & Beverage Minimum is the Least Amount Required to Spend for your Event for Use of the Resort Venue.
It is Calculated based on all Food and Beverage Purchased for your Event to be Served within the Banquet Area.
It Does Not Include Sales Tax or Gratuity.
It is a Minimum Commitment and Does not Imply Total Cost of your Event.
Confirmation of Space
The Resort will Place a Courtesy Hold on the Space of Interest for up to 7 Days.
Once you Have Selected your Ideal Ceremony & Reception location, your Catering Sales Manager will Prepare a
Contract. Your Event will be Considered Definite Upon Receipt of the Signed Contract and Initial Deposit.
Outlined Below is our Deposit Schedule to Assist in Your Planning:
~1st Deposit: Due with Contract~
35% of the Estimated Balance
~2nd Deposit: Due 120 Days Prior to Event~
65% of the Estimated Balance
~Final Deposit: Due 14 Business Days Prior to Event~
Balance of Final Estimated Balance
Post Event, Any Outstanding Balance will be Applied to the Credit Card on File
Confirmation of Attendance
All Final Guarantees of Attendance are to be Received Prior to 12 Noon at Least 3 Business Days
or 72 Hours in Advance. For Example:
Saturday Event Guarantees are Due on Wednesday Prior to Event
Sunday Event Guarantees are Due on Thursday Prior to Event
Friday Event Guarantees are Due on Tuesday Prior to Event
Final Charges are Based Upon the Guarantee or the Actual Number of Guests Served if Greater than the Guarantee

Wedding Coordinator & Vendors
All Weddings will Require a Professional Wedding Coordinator.
Please Select your Coordinator from the List of Pre-Approved Coordinators Provided by your Catering Manager. These
Coordinators Have Been Screened by the Hotel and are Required to Ensure that your Special Day is Flawless!
We Recommend that you Retain the Coordinators Service for a Minimum of Two Months Prior to your Event Date.
Please Consult with your Catering Manager Should you Have Questions as to the Role of the Wedding Coordinator.
A List of Recommended Vendors is also Provided for your General Reference. The St. Regis is Not Exclusive to
Vendors Provided on the List, However we Encourage our Couples to Reference the List for Professionals that
Frequent the Property. The St. Regis Reserves the Right to Approve all Vendors Hired Who are Not Included on our
All Vendors Must Provide Current Proof of Liability Insurance.
