VISITORS—Please stop by the Welcome Center after the
service for a gift and information. The Welcome Center is
located through the doors of the sanctuary and to the left of
the church office.
WESTSIDE 101:
Are you considering becoming a member at Westside? To
help you make the right decision, Pastor Matt leads a three
week class each month that will share with you what we
believe, where we are going, how you can grow, how you
can serve and many other relevant pieces of information.
Simply call the church office to sign up.
Preschool and Children’s Choirs-Wednesday
nights. 6:30-7:30 p.m. Come join the fun!
Awana-Sunday nights 5:30-7:00. Ages 2-5th
Grade. Awana will resume on Jan. 4th!
e-worship (elementary worship) is an ageappropriate worship service for K-4th graders
during our morning service. Pastor Matt will dismiss them prior to
his sermon and parents can pick up their kids at the back of the
gym. Save the date—Preschool/Children’s Christmas
Performance: December 14th at 6:00pm.
SHUT-IN MINISTRY - If you know of any WBC member who would
be considered a shut-in, please let Mary Cowan or Lorna

NEEDLINE –DONATIONS FOR CHRISTMAS FOOD BOXES:
WBC will be collecting boxes of stuffing mix. Please bring your
donations before Dec. 5th. Donations can be dropped off
between the Welcome Center and the church office. Look for
the big tote! The goal is 300 boxes.
PRESCHOOL/CHILDREN’S VOLUNTEER TEAM TRAINING—All
volunteers need to attend this training if you haven’t
attended one of the previous sessions. Sunday, December
7th at 8:15am in the Choir Room.
ATTENTION PRESCHOOL PARENTS—As a continuous effort to
provide a safe environment for our children, we need
everyone to hang onto your guardian pick- up tag and
present it at pick up time to the teacher. Also, at pick-up
time please remain outside the classroom door to allow the
classroom environment to remain as calm as possible so the
teachers can quickly and effectively dismiss children. Thanks
WBC Thanksgiving meal will be TONIGHT at 6:00pm. Church
will provide the meat, rolls & tea. Please bring a side or
dessert.
Thank you for your support during the extended illness and
passing of my mother, Doris Davis Nanney, of Dresden, TN.

The 2015 WBC proposed budget is available at the Welcome
Center. This will be voted on Nov. 30 during the evening
service.
