General Overview
Debuted in 2001, Vietnam Int’l Printing, Packaging Industry Exhibition (VNPRINTPACK
2014) and its concurrent exhibition- Vietnam Int’l Food processing Industry Fair
(VNFOODTECH 2014) is an effective event recognized as the best congregation place
of industry professionals and the ultimate trading and technology exchange platform
in printing, packaging and food processing industry. VNPRINTPACK & VNFOODTECH
2014 were successfully held from 22nd to 25th October at Saigon Exhibition &
Convention Center (SECC). These two events were organized by Ministry of Industry &
Trade- Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Joint Stock Company (VINEXAD),
Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co., Ltd., Chan Chao International Co., Ltd and
Vietnam Packaging Association (VINPAS).
Exhibitor Statistics
VNPRINTPACK & VNFOODTECH2014 featuring more than 230 international and local
exhibitors from 10 countries and regions such as China, Germany, India, Japan, Korea,
Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Vietnam and more showcased up-to-date
machinery, related equipment and accessories with 350 booths. Moreover, the golden
supporter - SANSIN HOLDINGS INTERNATIONAL GROUP leaded more than 50 supplier
partners and displayed more than 120 machineries at VNPRINTPACK 2014 which
attracted visitors’ first glance. In addition, the exhibitions are strongly supported by
International Association who set up their own pavilions at the show, included Printing
& Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC), Taiwan Association of
Machinery Industry (TAMI) and Korea Packaging Trade Association (KOPTA).

The 4-days show attracted a remarkable attendance of 12,558 business visitors.

Compare with previous show, the numbers of visitors for 2014 have slightly growth
from 2013 and visitors were more professional. Moreover, delegations from Myanmar
Printers & Publishers Association (MPPA) joined the exhibition and there were some
local and international companies composed as buyer groups as well, leaded their
major managers and faculties to visit the show in order to have an opportunity to faceto-face high quality exhibitors and realized advanced machineries and technologies
directly.
During the four-day-event, most of exhibitors were satisfied with the visitor traffic and
the quality of professional buyers. Numbers of visitor transaction volume achieved onsite which is noteworthy that exhibitors will gain more outcome and feedbacks after
the exhibition.
Future of Manufacturing in Vietnam
The exhibition brings a very good chance for Vietnamese manufacturers and
enterprises to update the technologies, fast applying scientific and technical progress
into productive and business activities to reach the high productivity, high quality as
well as lower the product’s cost price. Therefore, the VNPRINTPACK and VNFOODTECH
is definitely the worthiest event to visit. For exhibitors, it is an ideal and professional
