President’s Summit 2003 spotlights reward and recognition
Herbalife has always put a premium on reward and recognition,
and President’s Summit 2003 was no exception. On opening
night, Herbalife handed out more than $16.8 million in Mark
Hughes’ Bonus Awards–the highest payout in Herbalife history–
to the Company’s top achievers. In addition to receiving bonus
checks, award recipients also received the Mark Hughes
Award, which signifies a commitment to honor the dream our
Company’s founder started more than 23 years ago. Bonus
recipients shared their stories and spoke about what they did
to achieve their goals, inspiring other Distributors to reach even
further. Additionally, Blake Morgan was recognized as the 20th
member of the Chairman’s Club.
Those Distributors earning 250,000 Royalty Points in 2002
were given Cartier watches, and those Distributors who earned
15,000 Royalty Points for three consecutive months received
diamond earrings and/or cufflinks.
#1 Distributors receive standing ovation
The bonus presentation was one of the highlights of President’s
Summit 2003, but Friday evening’s spotlight shone on
Herbalife’s #1 Distributors in the world for 2002. When business
partners John Peterson and Susan Peterson came to the
stage to proudly accept their Mark Hughes Bonus Award for
a record sixth year in a row, every one of the more than 6,500
Distributors in attendance was on their feet, giving Herbalife’s
highest achievers the applause they deserved.
Celebrating your success
“The President’s Summit was one of Mark Hughes’ favorite
events,” Co-Presidents Carol Hannah and Brian Kane told the

Living it up in Nice
During President’s Summit 2003, top qualifiers participated in an
Herbalife Adventure, which included a sightseeing tour of worldrenowned landmarks along the French Riviera including Old Town
Nice, a perfume factory, Monte Carlo and more. The amazing
adventure also featured a spectacular grand-prix-themed party.
Additionally, Tom Jones performed Friday night, and internationally
acclaimed author, Tom Peters, spoke Saturday.
Leading the way to success
The theme at President’s Summit 2003 was “lead the way,” and it
was clear by the end of the event that Herbalife’s achievers were
more committed than ever to do just that. President’s Summit
2003 was a time to celebrate accomplishments with the people
who helped you get here. It was a time to reflect on the results
achieved over the last year. It was an opportunity to learn from
top achievers how to further develop leadership skills. Simply
put, President’s Summit 2003 was about leading the way.

Herbalife expands globally
As part of our efforts to share Mark Hughes’ message of

has opened for business in Estonia. And with the April 7
opening of our Singapore office, soon Herbalife will be in
a record 58 countries!
