I proudly look back to 1982—more than 30 years ago—when this family-owned company started in the United
Arab Emirates. The core of our founders included real estate pioneers, each with decades of experience in the construction industry.
The original company has since established 4 smaller companies, which include: Khalifa Al Fahad Properties in
1982; Khalifa Al Fahad Contractor also in 1982 (Dubai & Abu Dhabi); Manazil Steel Framing in 2008; and Alpha
Home Real Estate Investments (Brokerage) in 2013. Each of these Al Fahad Holding companies comprises a team of
highly regarded industry professionals.

Since Khalifa Al Fahad Properties & Khalifa Al Fahad Contractor were founded in 1982, these two companies have
grown into respected partners in the UAE real estate market; focusing on management, maintenance and leasing of
commercial, residential and industrial buildings. Successful execution and performance of property development
enabled them to stand out nationally and expand business internationally.
The fast pace and competitive UAE real estate market influenced Al Fahad companies to be innovative in establishing
other entities in areas of high demand such as building technologies. The Subsidiary, Manazil Steel Framing Factory
was created in 2008 utilizing Genesis® Manazil Building solution. This is a new building framing system which serves
as an alternative to achieve energy efficiency, fire resistance, cost effectiveness, and a green solution. Moreover, Khalifa
Al Fahad has recently started its own brokerage company, Alpha Home Real Estate Investments , extending its
business network beyond developers and reaching all areas of property consulting.

Khalifa Al Fahad Property
Khalifa Al Fahad Property, which carries the Leopard Holding Investment heritage, was established in June 1982 in Abu Dhabi, one of the promising property markets in the
region. On the first day of April 1985, the company opened its Dubai office, proof of its steady growth success within its first five years.
For the past 30 years, Khalifa Al Fahad Property has operated in real estate management and general maintenance of all types of buildings: commercial, residential and
industrial properties. This company specializes in property marketing, leasing and management.
Khalifa Al Fahad Contractor
Formed in 1982, Khalifa Al Fahad Contractor, a real estate developer in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is mainly
responsible for the construction of projects for residential, commercial and retail functions.
As an infrastructure developer, Khalifa Al Fahad Contractor knows that quality is more important than the quantity
of structures built. This business is not simply the construction of new buildings or houses—Khalifa Al Fahad

Genesis Manazil Steel Framing
Genesis Manazil Steel Framing, a new subsidiary of Al Fahad Holding, was established in 2008.
The Genesis Manazil building solution uses Genesis® steel framing technology—a cutting-edge framing
technology that provides builders higher quality, faster and cost-effective solutions. We combine innovative light
steel materials with a fully integrated “turn-key approach” to framing.
Genesis® is a revolutionary building process. Powered by FrameBuilder™ software, it develops a virtual model of the
structural design. The structural framing is then manufactured on a state-of-the-art Genesis C4™ production line.
The entire Genesis® framing package is delivered and installed by authorised Genesis® installation crews for more
efficient and speedy construction.
Our production facility is strategically located within Abu Dhabi Industrial Area ICAD1-, complete with stateof-the-art software and duly approved by Abu Dhabi Municipality and Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA)

Alpha Home Real Estate Investment
Newly added to the Al Fahad Holding group of companies, Alpha Home Real Estate Investment is a brokerage
company founded in 2013.Only one year in operation; this company serves as a link between property sellers and
buyers. We provide comparative market analysis of the properties, marketing and exposure, document preparation,
