Antenatal/Postnatal appointments for mothers, appointments made via midwifes. Delivered by: Hillingdon Hospital Community Midwife Team
Advice and guidance on benefits, housing, work related issues and much more. Contact reception for appointment. Delivered by: P3
Baby weighing clinic with local Health Visitors, please bring your red book. Our Family Support Worker and Breastfeeding Advisor are also available.
Classes to promote parent & baby bonding, speak to reception for next available sessions.
A monthly advice and guidance group for parents weaning their baby.
Trained staff can answer any questions and provide support on breastfeeding, drop in or make an appointment. Male worker available for Dads.
An eight-week course helping mums to unlock the past and lead a fulfilled life.
Group of service users, having their say on improving the work we do. Parents and community versions available. Speak to reception.
Pre-booking childcare course with LBH Adult Education service. Contact LBH Adult Education Service directly.

One to one advice on CV writing, interview techniques, IT, numeracy & literacy training, please check with reception for staff availability.
Stay and Play session for children 0-12 months and their grownups with multi-sensory activity. Book at reception.

Play, story time, songs and a snack for under fives and their grownups. Book at reception.
Tea, Toast & Talk session for parents of under 5s to have some ‘ME’ time (crèche available), referral from charity staff only.
A wellbeing session for over 65s living in Yiewsley, West Drayton and Heathrow Village Wards, including weekly physical and creative art activities.

The charity has regular volunteering opportunities available in areas such as fundraising, administration, session assistance and outreach activities.
