No cancellation by an Exhibitor is effective unless given in writing by mail, fax
or e-mail to Diversified Business Communications, 121 Free Street, Portland, ME

cancellation are set forth in the Conditions Rules and Regulations set forth
below.
Exhibitors cancelling on or before December 5, 2014 shall be subject to a
cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of cancelled space.
Cancellations occurring after December 5, 2014 are subject to a cancellation
fee equal to 100% of the total cost of cancelled space.
