a person’s commitment to the Code Enforcement profession and OCEA’s goals.
The winner will be recognized at the upcoming OCEA Spring Educational
Conference. The winner will also receive a free trip to the upcoming AACE
conference.

Two scholarships will be offered for the Spring Conference,
which will pay for the conference and one night's stay at the
hotel. All interested parties shall submit an essay of 500
words or less on "What Code Enforcement Means to Your
Community". Essays must be submitted to the President no
later than January 30, 2015, in order to be considered for the
scholarship.
