TEAM REGISTRATION FORMS
Season Details:
3 Tiering Games (March 21st – April 10th 2015)
8 Regular season Games (April 11th – June 5th 2015)
3 Playoff games (June 6th – June 30th 2015)
Cost:
$2750.00 including taxes per team (Prior to February 1st)
$2850.00 including taxes per team (After February 1st)
Includes:

Three 20-minute periods and a 3-minute warm-up.

Up to 8 competitive tiers per age group

Online team schedule

Qualified referees

Quality league jerseys and socks

Championship awards for winning teams

Insurance for all players and teams
Team Practices can be purchased for $125 at time of registration.
Uniforms:
Players will be provided with a team jersey and socks upon team registration.
Teams will be allotted 11 jerseys and socks per team. Extra jerseys and socks
may be ordered and purchased at a reasonable cost.
Schedule:
Every effort will be made to develop a consistent, balanced schedule that will
end before June 30th. In order to achieve this, games will be scheduled during
Spring Break, Easter weekend and Victoria Day weekend. Schedule requests will
be considered but are not guaranteed.

Please use the following point system to assess each player, and place in the appropriate boxes.
A1 = Point
A2 = 2 Points
A3 = 3 Points
A4 = 5 Points
House = 6 Points
Beginner = 7 Points
Example: you have 8 average house players, and 2 A2 strong players. You would put (8 x 6 points) 48 in the average box in your
division row, and (2 x 2 points) 4 in the strong box.
