acknowledges that a hearing before the Board could result in some sanction. Dr.

practice medicine, and dishonorable/immoral conduct likely to
deceive/defraud/harm the public – Voluntary Submittal to Jurisdiction accepted
imposing a three-year probation with terms requiring compliance with guidelines
and recommendations as set forth in the Professional Renewal Center (PRC)
Summary of Treatment including signing a contract with the Oklahoma Health
Professionals Program, participation in regular individual therapy, and
participation in continuing medical education.
LORNA SCHRINER, OT - Disciplinary hearing alleging unprofessional conduct and violation of
probation – Voluntary Submittal to Jurisdiction accepted imposing a three month
suspension beginning September 3, 2013 and ending December 3, 2013, followed
by a period of indefinite probation. Terms of the probation include abstinence,
drug/alcohol testing, signing a contract with the Oklahoma Health Professionals
Program, 12-step meeting attendance, counseling, and limiting work hours to 40
hours or less per week.
MICHAEL SUMMERS, RCP - Disciplinary hearing alleging unprofessional conduct and violation of
probation – Voluntary Submittal to Jurisdiction accepted imposing a five-year
probation with terms including abstinence, drug/alcohol testing, signing a contract
with the Oklahoma Health Professionals Program, 12-step meeting attendance,
counseling, and following all discharge instructions as set forth in the SSM Health
Care Patient After Visit Summary.
KOTESWAR SUREDDI, MD – Disciplinary hearing alleging dishonorable/immoral conduct,
prescribing violations, narcotic law violations, records violations, failure to
establish a physician/patient relationship, and procuring/aiding/abetting a
criminal operation – Voluntary surrender of license in lieu of prosecution accepted.
