IN-DASH INSTALLATION KIT FOR SELECT

2006-07 Nissan Armada/Titan
1. Using panel removal tool, pop out vent panel disconnects and remove. Remove (2) Philip Head Screws from
behind.
2. Using panel removal tool, pop out radio bezel; disconnect harness connectors and remove bezel.
3. Remove (4) Philip Head Screws from radio mounting brackets; disconnect radio harness connectors and remove
radio.

Remove Air Condition/Fan module from factory radio bezel. To remove module, first pull off factory knobs from
module. Then, unscrew (4) screws from behind bezel.
 For Nissan Titan applications, snap Cap Cover [A] & [B] to the designated hole locations.
Refer to Illustration "A".
NOTE: Nissan Titan does not have Rear A/C Fan control functions.
Use (4) factory screws from the Air Condition/Fan module and mount to designated location on Scosche Bezel
Trim and snap factory knobs on module.
Unscrew the pair of screws securing the AUX plug & Passenger Airbag Indicator from behind factory bezel
and remove. Mount AUX plug & Passenger Airbag Indicator to Scosche Bezel Trim with factory screws. Refer
to Illustration "A" for location to mount plugs.
For some applications; the Passenger Airbag Indicator plug
will need a label applied on the front of plug. Passenger
Airbag Indicator Label is supplied in package.

NOTE: Slight modification of the plastic behind the hazard
switch might be neccessary.
WARNING
Do not turn key to ACCESSORY or IGNITION position with Airbag Light unplugged from dash bezel! This will
cause a fault code and the Airbag indicator light will flash after the installation is complete. If this error
occurs, the fault code must be reset. This can be done at a Nissan dealership or you can follow the steps
below.
1. Turn ignition switch from OFF to ON.
2. Within one second after the airbag light starts to flash, turn the ignition to the OFF position.
3. Wait for 6 seconds.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 two more times.

This premium installation kit is for 2006-07 Nissan Armada and Titan vehicles (non-navigation). Included are all the parts
you need to mount your car stereo, cassette, or CD player into your vehicle’s dash. Refer to the individual instruction in this
manual to remove your vehicle’s factory radio and assemble the kit.
CAUTION:
DISCONNECT YOUR VEHICLE’S NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL BEFORE THE INSTALLATION TO HELP
PREVENT ELECTRICAL DAMAGE. WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF A VOLT/OHM METER OVER A TEST LIGHT TO
CHECK WIRING. A TEST LIGHT OR GROUNDED WIRE PROBE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE'S
COMPUTER AND/OR DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS. AVOID ALL FACTORY AIRBAG WIRING - AIRBAGS CAN
ACCIDENTALLY DEPLOY CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

Read all instructions accompanying your car stereo/cassette player for proper wiring and mounting instructions.

NOTE: Your aftermarket stereo must have an available audio RCA input function. There are optional Scosche adapters
available to convert CD changer inputs into a pair of auxiliary audio inputs....they are listed below (not included in kit).
1. Connect the supplied Scosche AUX-in 3.5mm port to the back of the AUX-in port location on the back NN1453B
bezel using the screws from the factory input port.
2. Connect RCA audio cable to AUX input at the back of your aftermarket radio.

KIT INSTALLATION
DIN-ISO MOUNT
1. Align the 6203 pocket to the lower edge of the 6202 panel. Secure the 6203 pocket to the 6202
panel's ISO mount brackets with the supplied hardware in the installation kit.
2. Install (2) pocket screws as shown. (See illustration below.)
3. Align, position and bolt the aftermarket ISO-DIN head unit to the 6202 panel's ISO mounting brackets.
Use the hardware supplied with the aftermarket DIN-ISO head unit to secure the mounting brackets
to the aftermarket radio.
4. Mount the assembled 6202 panel/aftermarket radio to factory dash opening. Connect any necessary
wiring/connectors before you secure the assembled 6202 panel. Use supplied factory bolts to
mount assembled 6202 panel to factory mounting hole locations.
5. Before you align & snap the 6201 bezel trim over the mounted 6202 panel; check if you need to
connect neccessary wiring/connectors. When all connectors have been plugged, snap the 6201
bezel trim to factory dash and installation complete.

DOUBLE DIN-ISO MOUNT
1. Align , position and bolt the aftermarket Double DIN-ISO head unit to the 6202 panel's ISO mounting
brackets. Usse the hardware supplied with the aftermarket Double DIN-ISO head unit to secure the
mounting brackets to the aftermarket radio.
2. Mount the assembled 6202 panel/aftermarket radio to factory dash opening. Connect any necessary
wiring/connectors before you secure the assembled 6202 panel. Use supplied factory bolts to mount
assembled 6202 panel to factory mounting hole locations.
3. Before you align & snap the 6201 bezel trim over the mounted 6202 panel; check if you need to
connect neccessary wiring/connectors. When all connectors have been plugged, snap the 6201
bezel trim to factory dash and installation complete.
