COUNCIL TO ADOPT THE 2015 WATER, WASTEWATER
AND STORMWATER BUDGETS
Council intends to adopt the 2015 Water, Wastewater & Stormwater Budgets at
the Monday, February 9th, 2015 Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal
Offices. The proposed By-laws and supporting staff reports will be available
for review in the office of the Clerk during regular business hours and on the
Town’s Website under the Council section ‘Meeting & Agendas’ tab after 3 p.m.
on the Fridays before each meeting.
Should you wish to speak to Council regarding the 2015 Water, Wastewater
& Stormwater Budgets at the above Council meeting, please apply to the
Clerk’s office at the information below by noon on the day of the meeting to
be included on the agenda. Questions and comments can also be submitted
prior to the meeting in writing to the address below or via e-mail at budget@
richmondhill.ca.
Complete budget information will be available on the Town’s Website at www.
RichmondHill.ca/budget within 24 hours following the adoption of the 2015
Budget.

A request from JEFFERSON SOUTH DEVELOPMENTS
363 INC., JEFFERSON SOUTH DEVELOPMENTS 60 INC.
and JEFFERSON SOUTH DEVELOPMENTS 48 INC. to
amend the Zoning By-law and for approval of a Plan of
Subdivision, for lands described as Part of Lots 57, 58 and
59, Plan 1916 and municipally known as 363 Jefferson
Sideroad, 60 Beech Avenue and 48 Beech Avenue. The applications seek to
permit a residential development to consist of 48 townhouse units on private
roads, 0.168ha open space blocks and 0.048 ha of row widening.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development
applications have been received by the Town of Richmond Hill pursuant to the
Planning Act. The applications have been circulated to Town departments and
external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be
scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant
to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
If you wish to express your views with respect to these applications, please
forward your comments in writing to the assigned Planner noted above.
The personal information accompanying your submission will become part
of the public record. Additional information related to these applications is
also available for inspection between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during regular
