Eligibility Criteria
MBBS Degree from an Institution recognized by
Medical Council of India with MD/DNB in
Preventive & Social Medicine/Community
Medicine / Community Health Administration or
Diploma/Masters in Public Health or MBA
(Health Care Administration).
Experience - At least 3 years of post
qualification experience in Health Management /
Public Health Programme / Health Services.
MBBS or equivalent degree from an Institution
recognized by Medical Council of India.
Experience - At least 3 years post qualification
experience of working in a hospital.
Inter CA/Inter ICWA or M.Com or MBA
(Finance / Material Management) with 55%
marks. Candidate should have knowledge in
computer. Experience - At least 3 years of post
qualification experience in accounting including
analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial
software and reporting system.
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T) or
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
(B.O.T) from recognized Institutions with 60%
marks.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
with minimum 60% marks from a recognized
University. Candidates having Master Degree /
basic computer knowledge will be given
preference.

timing will be from 10.30 A.M. to 12 Noon only on Walk-in-Interview dates.
General information and Instructions:i.
Interested candidates having the requisite qualification and experience may appear for registration on date
as mentioned against each post. Registration timing is from 10.30 A.M. to 12 Noon. No application will
be received after scheduled timing of registration. After registration candidates will be shortlisted on the
basis of required eligibility criteria and shortlisted candidates will be asked to stay back for interview.
Candidates not fulfilling the eligibility criteria in this advertisement need not come for the interview.
Candidates not fulfilling the requirement will not be interviewed.
ii.
Candidates are required to come for interview with duly filled in application in prescribed format, available
in the official website: www.nrhmorissa.gov.in and bring all certificates / testimonials, in original and a
set of self attested photocopies of the same, in support of age, qualification and experience, for verification.
Candidates are also required to bring two recent passport size colour photographs and self photo ID proof
(Voter ID card / PAN card / Driving License / Adhar card / Passport). Incomplete application in any form
will be rejected.
iii.
The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will
render the candidate disqualified for the position.
iv.

v.
Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have
to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer at the time of interview, without which they
will not be eligible for interview.
vi.
If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information /
documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on
the basis of the said information / documents, his / her service shall be terminated from the Society
forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative
ground such as disobedience / poor performances/ misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible.
vii.

/ official website / Notice Board.
viii.
The panel for above positions shall also remain valid for similar post / in other programmes under NHM
ambit with same educational qualification and same remuneration, as will be decided by the Society.
ix.
Number of vacancies / remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual
engagement.
x.

3. To make domiciliary visits for providing counseling to bed ridden cases and
attendants.

Finance-cum-Logistics Consultant (District NCD Cell) – NPCDCS
General:1. To support all matters relating to accounts, budgeting and financial matters
and management of accounting procedure pertaining to NPCDCS in the
Centre / State.
2. To organize and maintain the fund flow mechanism from Centre to State
and then from State to Districts.
3. Accurate and timely submission of quarterly report on expenditure to
Centre, annual audited statement of accounts and intensively monitoring
and financial management en each District NCD society.
4. Financial aspects of activities in Cancer, Diabetes, CVD & Stroke and Elderly
5. Any other job assigned by concerned officers.
Specific:1. Preparing annual and quarterly budgets for the States & District.
2. Ensuring that adequate internal controls are in place to support the
payments and receipts.
3. Ensuring timely consolidation of accounts / financial statements at the
National / State / District.
4. Training of Finance-cum-Logistics Officers at State & District level in fund
flow mechanism and filling up the reporting formats.
5. Supporting the audit of the accounts of the State and District in accordance
with the financial guidelines.
6. Monitoring expenditure and receipt of Utilization Certificate (UC) &
Statement of Expenditure (SOE) from the States and Districts.
7. Reviewing the accounts and records of the State and District on a periodic
basis.
8. Preparing consolidated SOE of NPCDCS on a quarterly basis.
9. Coordinating with the State and District to address the audit objection /
internal control weaknesses, issues of disallowances, if any.
10. Any other job assigned by concerned officers.
