Notice is hereby given that, the High Court of South Africa, KwaZulu-Natal Local Division, Durban, (in the exercise of its
Admiralty Jurisdiction) in Case No. A80/2014, has ordered that the bulk carrier “TARIK 3” be sold by means of Judicial Public
Auction. Admiralty Shipbrokers & Consultants (“Admiralty Shipsales”), the company duly appointed by the abovementioned Court,
will NOW conduct the said auction at the new venue of Bowman Gilfillan at 11H00 on the 04th February 2015, at their offices at First
Floor, 5 Compendium House, The Crescent, West Way Office Park, Harry Gwala Road, Westville, Durban ,KZN, South Africa
