It’ll soon be past
For God will last!
February 15, 2015
8:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. Services
“God make this house of worship we have raised to Thee
wide enough to receive all who need human love,
fellowship and the Father’s care and narrow enough to
shut out envy, pride and hate. Make its threshold
smooth that it may be no stumbling block to childhood
weakness or straying feet, but rugged and strong enough
to turn back the tempter’s power. God make this house
of worship the gateway to Thy eternal Kingdom.”

through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from
the dead. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision
of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having
forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of
ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and
took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled
principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly,
triumphing over them in it.” Colossians 2:12-15

THE RESPONSIVE READING Genesis 6:1-10
Rev. Jemerson
Minister:
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the
face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they
were fair; and they took them wives of all which they
chose. And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always
strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days
shall be an hundred and twenty years
People:
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also
after that, when the sons of God came in unto the
daughters of men, and they bare children to them,
the same became mighty men which were of old, men
of renown. And God saw that the wickedness of man
was great in the earth, and that every imagination of
the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
And it repented the LORD that he had made man on
the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
Minister:
And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have
created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast,
and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it
repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found
grace in the eyes of the LORD.
People:
These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just
man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked
with God. And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham,
and Japheth.
Minister:
Let us pray.

“There Is A Blessing In The Worst Of Things”
Text: “ One of illegitimate birth shall not enter the assembly of the
LORD; even to the tenth generation none of his descendants shall
enter the assembly of the LORD. An Ammonite or Moabite shall not
enter the assembly of the LORD; even to the tenth generation none of
his descendants shall enter the assembly of the LORD forever,
because they did not meet you with bread and water on the road
when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you
Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.
Nevertheless the LORD your God would not listen to Balaam, but the
LORD your God turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the
LORD your God loves you. You shall not seek their peace nor their
prosperity all your days forever.” Deuteronomy 23:2-6
