ECSA PUBLIC CONSULTATION ROAD SHOW – SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW
REGISTRATION SYSTEM (NRS), MARCH 2015
The Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) is a statutory body established in terms of
the Engineering Profession Act, (Act No. 46 of 2000) (EPA). The ECSA is charged with the
responsibility to regulate the Engineering Profession with the objective to register the
engineering practitioners amongst other.
The ECSA has recently finalised the new registration system (NRS) and as enjoined by
section 36 of the EPA, Council has taken a decision to embark on a public consultation
process in respect of its New Registration System (“the NRS”).
You are invited to attend any of the planned national NRS roadshows which is suitable to
your location. Below is the road show schedule:
