Ultimate open Water
WHO IS AQUATASTIC?
Firstly we would like to thank you for your interest in our services, what we offer is not just a dive
course but a glimpse into the culture and the world of Scuba diving. Our owner and head
instructor has been a scuba diver since 2008 in this time he has racked up over 4000 dives.
Our courses are run in a relaxed manner giving you plenty of opportunity to master the skills
you are about to learn and to have FUN with them. We specialise in one on one training, family
and friends to a maximum group of four.
WHAT MAKES AQUATASTIC DIFFERENT FROM THE REST ?
We offer a personalized service with attention to you as our client, no more than 4 students per
instructor. There is no need to sit in a stuffy class room, you get homework, and the course
material is designed as a self-study tool. Your course materials are hand delivered to you at
home, by our head instructor who will go over the theory that you need to study and the
knowledge development sections that makeup part of your diving theory. Our course are
structured around your schedule, give us your time and we will make a confidant and
competent scuba diver out of you.
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:
1.
Knowledge Development (self-study) to understand the basic principles of scuba diving
2.
Confined Water Dives (pool sessions) to learn basic scuba skills
3.
Open Water Qualifying Dives to review your skills and explore the seas in Sodwana Bay
or Mozambique.
If you’ve tried diving through a Discover Scuba Diving experience or resort course, the skills you
learned may be credited towards a portion of the full PADI Open Water Diver course
certification.
Scuba Diving with Enriched Air Nitrox
The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba diving course,
and it’s easy to see why. Scuba diving with enriched air – Nitrox - gives you more no
decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba
dives.
Course Structure
The course is run over 2 weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Theory is self-study
5 Pool sessions the first weekend & knowledge review assessment & fun quizzes after pool
sessions. 5 Qualifying dives in Sodwana Bay or Mozambique - the choice is yours!
