o No, these updates will not impact your one-time or recurring ACH payments.
Will MyECP.com and shopmyexchange.com have the same User ID and password?
o No, MyECP.com and shopmyexchange.com will no longer share the same User ID and
password. Your MyECP.com User ID and password will be unique to MyECP.com and be used
exclusively for MyECP.com account access.
Will the shopmyexchange.com User ID and password be impacted?
o No. Your shopmyexchange.com User ID and password will remain the same.
Who will I contact if I have problems?
o You may contact customer service at 1-877-891-7827 for assistance.
How many times do I have to register?
o You will only be required to register once with MyECP.com.
What happens if I forget my password?
o You may reset your password through MyECP.com, or you may contact customer service at 1877-891-7827 for MyECP.com password assistance.
How can I update my MyECP.com profile information?
o You may update your MyECP.com profile by logging in to your account.
What happens if I forget my User ID?
o You may access your User ID through MyECP.com, or you may contact customer service at 1877-891-7827 for MyECP.com assistance.
Can I access MyECP.com if I separate from the military?
o Yes. You will still have the ability to access MyECP.com after separating from the military, which
will allow you to log in to view and make payments on your account(s).
