Dimensions/Connection sizes:
The installation depth of the control unit inside the cabinet amounts
to approx. 145 mm from the leading edge of the pump head to
the rear wall of the cabinet (fixing rails have been taken into
account).
This installation depth has to be taken into account when installing
the cabinet (pull out frame accordingly).
Installation advice:
The correct direction of flow must be observed when connecting
the control unit to the stainless steel distributors/collectors
“Multidis SF” (see illustr.).
The supply at the control station is always located at the top and
the return at the bottom.
The control station is supplied for left hand side connection. For
right hand side connection, turn the pump accordingly.

Description and function:
The control unit “Regufloor HC“ is used for flow temperature
control of surface heating and cooling systems.
The three-way valve has one inlet port and two outlet ports.
Depending on the position of the valve disc, the direction of
flow is diverted from one outlet port to the other or, in case of
intermediate positions, it is divided between the outlet ports.
The respective position of the valve disc at the three-way valve is
initiated with the help of the electromotive actuator 24 V (0 – 10 v)
which is part of the optional flow temperature control set (item no.
1152020) for weather guided heating and cooling. The actuator
receives its signals from an electric controller heating/cooling.
To avoid a vertical downward installation, the actuator is mounted
onto the three-way valve with an angle pattern adapter.
The automatic pump control steadily adjusts the pump output to
the current hot water demand.

The electromotive actuator of the flow temperature control set
receives its signals from the electric controller heating/cooling.
The flow temperature control set for outside temperature guided
heating and cooling via the corresponding surface heating/cooling
systems allows automatic switching from heating to cooling
according to requirements.
Condensation is avoided beforehand by an active dew point
calculation which guarantees suitable flow temperatures.
