We can provide various internal and external fittings for all our trailers to accommodate your needs. The items above are our standard
small Gemini fittings, they are also available for the large Gemini,
prices on application. We can also provide custom made fittings,
please contact us for further advice.
Gemini Trailer Specifications
The Gemini Small trailer comes in lengths from 9ft to 18ft, gross weights from 750kg to
1600kg, braked and un-braked. Un-braked is only available in the 750kg range and up to
15ft long.
The Gemini Large trailer comes in lengths from 12ft to 23ft, gross weights from 1000kg to
3500kg, braked only. All come with twin axles apart from the 1000kg which is only available with a single axle and up to 15ft long.

The length specified is the internal length of the body and this applies to all trailer.
All trailers come with a Jockey wheel and integral lighting as standard.
All trailers are available in white only.
Rear lighting with Fog lights.
All prices are ex works plus vat.

Range Information
The Gemini Trailer is an aerodynamic, multi-use, enclosed trailer, which is a cost effective
alternative to a van or dedicated trailer. With gross weights ranging from 750kg to 3500kg
the Gemini trailer canbe matched to the load you need to carry. The trailer is available in two
different sizes, small and large, with lengths from 9ft to 22ft5in long. It can be supplied with
single or double axles.
All trailers are designed using the latest 3d CAD (computer assisted design) systems.
Manufactured with a hot dip galvanised steel chassis and GRP body. The braked trailers are
fitted with fully compensated, auto reverse brakes, which conform to the latest EEC directive.
ALKO suspension is used throughout the range of trailers giving unrivalled towing.
With a large number of modular custom interiors available, a wide range of commercial and
leisure uses are possible. The distinctive shape with its large side panels, make the trailer
ideally suited for advertising.
The windsurfing version of the Gemini trailer comes with a board rack capable of taking four
boards with fins or more if the fins are removable and a rail for hanging wetsuits and clothing.
We also offer a sealed waterproof non-slip floor making the floor easier to keep dry and also
prolonging the life of the trailer. All trailers are lockable so equipment can be stored in the
trailer safely.
