Cocoa seed butter is better known as Cocoa Butter and the
extract is a natural emollient that softens the skin. Cocoa
Butter is also a humectant that slows the loss of water from
the skin by forming a barrier on the skin’s surface. Itchy, dry
skin is no match for cocoa butter. We use it across a broad
range of our products for its softening, moisturizing, and
conditioning properties.
Coconut oil is rich in vitamins, especially vitamin E, an
antioxidant that helps fight free radicals. It is an excellent
moisturizer known to help treat eczema and psoriasis, and
can even help treat and prevent acne.

Shea butter is a great skin and hair conditioner that naturally
contains a large amount of oleic oil which has potent
moisturizing properties and is high in vitamins A and E.
Effective in improving or treating: skin inflammation and
irritation (burns, acne, etc.), dark spots, eczema, and
psoriasis. Shea butter is ideal for dry and flaky skin.
Aloe reduces flaking and restores moisture to dry or
damaged skin. Aloe can also improve wound healing and help
reduce skin inflammation. Aloe contains beneficial minerals,
enzymes, antimicrobials, amino acids, and sugars. Full of
antioxidants which help the body repel free radicals and
reduce skin damage.
Caprylic/capric triglyceride is a light oil made from coconuts
that is used as an emollient and humectant. This oil helps
calm skin inflammation and also gives products a silky, nongreasy feel.
Beeswax is used as a moisturizer, antibacterial, antioxidant,
and anti-inflammatory ingredient. Beeswax won't clog pores
and functions as a humectant, attracting and then retaining
water on (and in) skin. Beeswax is a good source of vitamin A
and can help reduce itching associated with dry skin.
Tocopherol (or Tocopheryl Acetate) is more commonly
known as Vitamin E (or Vitamin E Acetate). Vitamin E is
frequently used in skin care products to help protect the skin
and is a potent antioxidant. When used regularly, Vitamin E
can prevent premature skin aging by reducing inflammation
and increasing the natural moisture content of the skin.
