am dircscled to refer to the Election Commission of India's letter No
464/Exp.Obs./ 2015//EEPS/Vol.1/914 dated 18 th February, 201,5 (copy attached)
on the above subject mentioned and to state that all the officers as per attached
list are required to make their third visit immediately after 30 days of
declaration of results. They have to submit their final report i.e. Report-1V to
the Commission with their comments and. assist the District Election Ofticer
(DEO) concerned in preparation of statutory report.
It is requested to ensure that all the officers as per enclosed list may he

intimated immediately to reach their assigned Assembly Constituency/Dist. Hq
fily by 13 th March, 2015 (in case of Delhi Legislative Assembly Election-2015)
and _1911' March , 2015 (in case of 13y-election-2015) respectively and to stay
put lilt the necessary duration - or maximadays-whichever is earlier and
assist the DEO in scrutinizing the statements of accounts of election
expenditure lodged by the candidates after declaration of result.
