Ergonomic and Compact
High Durability
The new "delvo" fulfills the workers needs for low vibration,
low noise, and easy gripping in a compact design.
More than a million screws can be accurately tightened with
the durable gear/clutch mechanism.
The long life motor with a yoke made of advanced materials
further assures a long service life.
High Torque Accuracy
The new "delvo" achieves an accurate and consistent torque
with an easily visible torque reach light. The combination of
an advanced clutch design and the auto-stop circuitry
assures torque accuracy.
Product Safety
The new "delvo" fully complies with European CE safety
standards (89/336/EEC, 92/31/EEC, 73/23/EEC).
An antistatic option is available.
Easy Maintenance
The tool is easily disassembled and reassembled for
maintenance because of the modular design, the power
cord is also easily replaced.
Pull Bit Release
Holds the bit securely,
preventing inadvertent
release.
Antistatic(ESD)
The DLV7500/8500-BKE uses the conductible synthetic
resin frame body to protect any products which are
vulnerable to static electricity. It complies with European
static electricity stadards (EN100015-1).

DLC1520 can run up to two screwdrivers respectively on one controller. This allows one operator to tighten several
different types of screws with one unit of controller which results in space savings and lower cost. In addition, it is possible
to detect respective torque reach signals from different screwdrivers connected to the controller.
