OSA CRUSADERS 2015 SUMMER SELECT BASKETBALL ROSTERS / PROCEDURES U14 - U17 BOYS AND GIRLS TEAMS Congratulations to all who tried out and made the 2015 OSA Crusaders Summer Select basketball teams. Please note the following information regarding accepting your spot, registration and payment deadlines, uniforms, first practices, tournament schedules, and team rosters. Team rosters begin on Page 3 of this document. th PROCESS FOR ACCEPTING YOUR SPOT - You will have until 5pm on TUESDAY, MARCH 17 to accept or decline your spot. • To accept your team placement: You MUST email [email protected] with your player first and last name, specific team name and confirmation of acceptance. For example – I, Johnny Hooper, accept my spot on the U15 Regional – Smith team. • To decline your team placement: Please email [email protected] with your player first and last name, specific team name and confirmation of declination. For example – I, Johnny Hooper, decline my spot on the U15 Regional – Smith team. PLEASE NOTE: After you send your email to accept/decline your spot, you will be sent an automatic emailed response, th which will contain REGISTRATION LINKS. All players must register (either online or via hard copy) by Friday, March 20 . FEE STRUCTURE - All fees include weekly practices, bi-weekly skill academies, and all spring and summer tournaments. Fees DO NOT include the summer uniform (see Uniform section below for details). Youth Teams: 4th Grade- U14 National Boys and Girls Teams - $1125 4th Grade- U14 Regional Boys and Girls Teams - $1050 rd 3 Grade Boys Instructional League - $375 High School Teams: U15, U16, U17 National Boys Teams - $875* U15, U16, U17 Regional Boys and Girls Teams Assigned to Schedule A - $1125** U15, U16, U17 Regional Boys and Girls Teams Assigned to Schedule B - $1050 *The Under 15 - Under 17 National Boys Teams are subsidized by the Crusaders, a non-profit 501C Organization **Schedule A is typically assigned to our Regional I boys teams and our top girls teams and requires more travel. (Tournament Schedules are listed below and Schedule Assignments can be found with each team roster below) Registration / Payment Deadlines - U14 – U17 TEAMS: Payments can be broken down into two if desired; first payment of $500 is th th due with registration by March 20 . Balance Due April 20 . UNIFORM PROCEDURES / URGENT DEADLINES • We are getting new uniforms this summer! ALL participants MUST order a uniform online. Shorts are $30 and Jerseys are th $40, plus tax and a $4 handling fee from Under Armour. If needed sample sizes will be available at OSA from March 18 to th March 20 from 1pm – 5pm each day. Due to the limited amount of time between tryouts and our first tournaments, players will have a limited amount of time to order! FIRST PRACTICES - Please note your first practice date and time, which is listed with each team roster. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES - Please note the Tournament Schedule designated for your team listed with your team name. This indicates which schedule the team will play this summer. Please note that we have the flexibility to adjust schedules based on availability of players as well as competitive level of teams. The spring schedule is set, but the summer schedule could potentially be slightly altered, in which case, we would play the same weekends, but possibly adjust tournament locations.
