DECISION ON ELECTRICITY RETAIL LICENCE APPLICATION
The Economic Regulation Authority (Authority) has granted Electricity Retail Licence No. 23 (ERL23) to
NewRet Pty Ltd to sell electricity to large use customers (customers who consume more than 160 MWh of
electricity per year) within the licence area set out in map ERA-EL-142.
The licence is granted for a period of 15 years, commencing 24 March 2015.
