to DPWH projects, subject to the following limits of assignment as spelled out under Department
Order No. 12, Series of 2013.

Limits of Assignment
Materials Engineer II
One (1) project, no cost limit
Two (2) projects located within the same province for
simultaneous assignments, with an aggregate cost of not
more than P150M.
Materials Engineer I
One (1) project costing below P150M.
Four (4) projects located within the same province for
simultaneous assignments, with an aggregate cost of not
more than P50M.
