We use the original 1937 Brown Derby recipe. Grilled chicken,
sliced avocado, Bleu cheese crumbles, chopped sweet peppered

Spinach and Strawberry Salad 11
Fresh spinach tossed in our Honey-Lime Vinaigrette and topped
with chicken, candied almonds, red onions, Gorgonzola cheese
and fresh strawberries.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken Salad 11
Our fabulous buttermilk fried chicken tenders sitting atop
chopped crisp greens, aged cheddar cheese, carrots, cucumbers,
Roma tomatoes, and croutons, all tossed in our spicy ranch
dressing. Bring the heat with our new buffalo bleu cheese sauce.
Spinach, Bacon & Mushroom Salad 10

with bottomless tortilla chips.
For our TruckBurger we use 50% Creekstone All Natural ground beef and 50% Nueske’s Bacon; the best bacon in
America. The TruckBurger patty is available as a substitute for any burger at a $2 upcharge.
