This is to advise that due to information received by the Lake County Sheriff's Office of a
possible demonstration this afternoon outside the County Building and Courthouse located
at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, IL, the building will close at 1:00 p.m. today, Friday, May
15, 2015. Regular court hours will resume on Monday, May 18, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. This
decision was made jointly by the 19th Judicial Circuit, the Lake County Sheriff's Department
and County Administration in order to ensure the safety and security of Lake County

employees, courthouse visitors and the general public.
Juvenile Court located in Vernon Hills and Branch Courts located in Mundelein, Park City
and Round Lake Beach wi ll remain open today.
