Tuition Assistance Program
21 Century Equipment is offering tuition assistance to
qualified individuals to attend John Deere Ag Tech college
programs or other select college programs for vocational
instruction relating to agricultural service technician
training or parts department marketing/management
training. Recipients may also qualify for optional health
insurance during their college program. Applications for
the tuition assistance program are available at

John Deere Ag Tech Program
John Deere Company has an alliance partnership with various
colleges for the John Deere Ag Tech Program. This program will
allow students to graduate with an Associates of Applied
Science degree from the college while also completing a
cooperative work experience at one of our sponsoring John
Deere dealership locations. Students gain hands-on experience
to learn diagnostic and repair procedures using the latest
high-tech electronics and software programs. Students
graduate from the program having completed the John Deere
core certification requirements.

PARTICIPATING REGIONAL COLLEGES
Southeast Community College- Milford, NE
This college operates on a quarters system
throughout the year. A new Ag Tech class starts
in January & July each year.
Garden City Community College- Garden City, KS
This college operates on the traditional semesters system.
A new Ag Tech class starts every August.
Students are encouraged to apply for the Ag Tech program at
either college during their Sophomore and Junior years of high
school to ensure they have a seat in the program following
high school graduation.

Ag Tech Program Enrollment Process:
1. Complete the college on line application or contact
the college admissions office.

2. These application forms must be completed:
a. Application for Admission to the college
b. Ag Tech Dealer Approval Form
(Must be signed by dealership representative.)
3. Complete the college entrance exam. Either the
COMPASS or the ACT/SAT scores can be submitted
to the college.
4. After selection to the John Deere Ag Tech program,
students may apply for 21st Century Equipment
Tuition Assistance by completing the form on our
website under EMPLOYMENT.
