This varied position will allow you to play a
major role in the further development of a
locally owned company with exciting growth

monthly management reporting and analysis of

Alexandra Victoria handling their accounting duties
for 3 entities of the group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual
keen to assist in the accounting and admin function of
the well established, successful and growing business.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager and as part of a small team:
‡ Hands on ownership of invoicing processing, EFT
payments and receipts and payroll processing with
high level attention to detail
‡ Responsibility of Debtors and Creditors ledger,
reconciliations and month end reporting
‡ Good knowledge of accounting procedures
especially in General Ledger month end procedures
and Cash Book reconciliation
‡ Comprehensive knowledge and experience in
preparing BAS, monthly Payroll Tax and Year End
reconciliation, Workcover and Superannuation
‡ Perform general and administration duties with
Ad-hoc duties when required by the manager

The ideal candidate will display a mix of broad
accounting experience and importantly, a positive and
results driven approach to your work. An attractive
remuneration package (based on experience) will be
offered to the successful candidate.
‡ Preferred to be studying towards/completed a
diploma/bachelor in accounting
‡ A minimum of 5 years' accounting experience,
preferably in a similarly broad role
‡ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
and be able to build strong relationships with
stakeholders
‡ Intermediate/advance Excel and experience in
using accounting software
‡ Ability to work in fast paced and ever changing
environment
‡ Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and
accuracy
‡ Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
but also able to work with limited supervision
‡ Proven reliability and integrity with good work
ethics
