Thank you for your recent email expressing some concerns you have experienced with your
new accelebrite Photo Facial Light and Micro Galvanic Massage Therapy System. We are
committed to providing excellent customer service and are happy to address your concerns.
We are sorry you have experienced difficulty using your new accelebrite. We have included in
this email a comprehensive set of simple to follow instructions below. We are sure that once
you learn to properly operate your accelebrite, you will love the results. Please follow these
simple steps to ensure successful results:
Carefully unpack your accelebrite portable red and blue light therapy device, which
includes a charging cradle with attached cord, a hand held light unit and detachable red,
blue, and micro galvanic massage head.
Unit does Not Work while Charging
Charging Your Photo Facial Light Therapy Device * UNIT DOES NOT
WORK WHILE CHARGING* :
1. Connect the charger cradle into an electrical outlet.
2. Place the hand held device into the charger and charge for a period of at least six (6) hours
before use.
3. Before applying photo facial light treatment or micro galvanic massage, thoroughly clean
and towel dry face.
For Photo Facial Light Therapy (Red or Blue) * UNIT DOES NOT WORK
WHILE CHARGING*:
1. Choose the light therapy head you wish to apply (red or blue).
2. Attach the head to the device by matching the grooved guides at the back of the head to
the guides on the hand held unit.
3. Make sure the light circuits located on the right hand side of the device are secured.
4. Press and hold the power button at the top left of the hand held device, until you hear a long
beeping sound. If the device fails to power up, check to make certain the photo facial
treatment head is securely in place.
5. Pointing the lamp light away from surfaces, press the Photo Facial button at the top right of
the Photo Facial hand held device panel.
NOTE: THE PHOTO FACIAL LIGHT WILL NOT ILLUMINATE UNTIL
THE TREATMENT HEAD IS IN CONTACT WITH SKIN. OUR HIGH
TECH. SYSTEM INCLUDES “TOUCH SENSITIVE” E LIGHT
TECHNOLOGY THAT DELIVERS OUR HEALING THERAPY DIRECTLY
TO THE SKIN UPON CONTACT.
6. Place the treatment light in contact with the selected treatment area on the face. Upon
contact, the Photo Facial treatment light will illuminate, beginning the treatment.
7. Keep the treatment light against the skin and hold the device still for three (3) full minutes.
Treatment is completed when a brief beeping sound is heard.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 and continue to move Photo Facial treatment light across treatment
area.
For Microgalvanic Massage Therapy * UNIT DOES NOT WORK WHILE CHARGING* :
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO LIGHT COMING FROM THE MICRO GALVANIC
FUNCTION.
IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING ANY TYPE OF TINGLE OR SENSATION WHEN
USING THE MICROGALVANIC FUNCTION PLEASE DO NOT BE
DISCOURAGED THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL!! JUST BECAUSE YOU
DO NOT FEEL ANYTHING DOES NOT MEAN YOUR UNIT DOES NOT
WORK. YOUR UNIT WORKS ABSOUTELY FINE. SOME CUSTOMERS
FEEL A VERY VERY SLIGHT TINGLE SENSATION SOME DO NOT THIS IS
COMPLETELY NORMAL!
1. Attach the Microgalvanic massage head to the device by matching the grooved guides at
the back of the head to the guides on the hand held unit.
2. Make sure the circuits located on the right hand side of the device are secured.
3. Press and hold the power button at the top left of the hand held device, until you hear a long
beeping sound. If the device fails to power up, check to make certain the Microgalvanic
massage treatment head is securely in place.
4. Press the +/- indicator button on the control panel and set the preferred Microgalvanic
massage TREATMENT option (clean, sustain, raise). The option is set when the indicator light
for that option comes on.
IMPORTANT: THE CLEAN, SUSTAIN AND RAISE OPTIONS ARE ONLY
AVAILABLE DURING THE MICROGALVANIC FUNCTION.
4 CLEAN - INDICATES THE OPTION FOR CLEARING POLLUTANTS AND TOXINS WHILE
RELAXING AND REFRESHING THE SKIN
4 SUSTAIN – INDICATES THE OPTION FOR STIMULATING AND REJUVENATING SKIN CELLS,
INCLUDING WORKING TO ELIMINATE CELLULITE AND AIDING SKIN CELLS IN THE
ABSORPTION OF VITAL NUTRIENTS
4 RAISE – INDICATES THE OPTION FOR INCREASING THE SKIN'S LEVELS OF MOISTURE,
SMOOTHING THE APPEARANCE OF FINE LINES AND WRINKLES, IMPROVING SKIN TONE
AND TEXTURE
5. Locate the silver oval button on the back of the unit and press to activate the Microgalvanic
function.
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT PRESS AND HOLD DOWN THE SILVER OVAL
ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE UNIT THIS FUNCTION WILL NOT WORK.
6. Press the +/- indicator on the control panel to set the Microgalvanic light INTENSITY LEVEL
option (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3), 1 indicating lower intensity and 3 indicating higher
intensity. The option is set when the indicator light for that option comes on.
7. Place the treatment head in contact with the selected treatment area on the skin.
8. Keep the Microgalvanic massage surface against the skin and hold the device still for three
(3) full minutes. Treatment is completed when a brief beeping sound is heard.
9. Selecting another area for Microgalvanic massage, repeat steps 7 and 8. Continue until all
targeted surface area treatment is complete.

FAQ:
There are 4 treatment areas. It is
recommended to do (3) minutes per
treatment area the device will automatically
beep after (3) minutes. Total treatment time
12 minutes.
accelebrite recommends you use your device
up to 5 times a week; 12 minutes a day.

4 What do I do if my accelebrite light
therapy system fails to charge?
Make sure the charger/cradle is firmly
connected to an electrical outlet and that
the hand held light therapy unit is settled
into the cradle securely with contacts on
the bottom engaged. It is recommended
that the unit be charged for a full SIX (6) hours or longer prior to use.
4 When I push the power button, the unit fails to come on. What do I do?
Make sure your unit is fully charged for SIX (6) full hours or more before use. It is important to
remember that it is necessary to PRESS AND HOLD the power button until the indicator
beep sounds, signaling that your unit is on. In order for the Photo Facial light heads or Micro
Galvanic massage heads to work, the surface must be firmly placed against the skin. The
light will not come on until the unit is engaged with the skin.
4 How do I find the model number and warranty information for my device?
Please note you will only need your model number which is “accelb8”
The model number is located on the bottom of the base of the unit.

WARRANTY INFO :
Accelebrite warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a
period of ninety days from the date of original purchase from an authorized Accelebrite
retailer.
If this product exhibits such defects, Accelebrite will, at its option, repair or replace it
without cost for parts or labor. The product must be shipped, prepaid to an authorized
Service Center. The cost to ship the product to an authorized Service Center is the
responsibility of the consumer. The warranty does not cover finishes or normal wear, nor
does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, dirt, water, tampering, unreasonable
use, service performed by unauthorized service agencies, failure to provide reasonable and
necessary maintenance, including recharging, or units that have been modified or used for
commercial purposes.

4 What if I have correctly followed all the instructions and my accelebrite light therapy
system still fails to work?
If you have made certain your unit is fully charged and the power is on, turn off the unit and
complete the steps for operation, carefully following the directions above. If you are still
unable to use your system call us at 347 722 1745
