Welcome and congratulations on qualifying for the 2015 Provincial “A” Cup. As your local host, Coastal
FC is committed to providing your team with a well-organized and memorable competition. We will
continue to provide information to support you and if you have any questions please contact us. Good
luck and fair play to all teams!

Preliminary Schedule of Events
Pre Competition Meeting
All teams are required to send a representative to this meeting.
Date: Wednesday July 8, 2015
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Pacific Inn, Surrey BC
Opening Ceremonies
The opening ceremonies will occur as follows:
Date: Thursday, July 9th
Time: 9:00am
Location: South Surrey Athletic Park
Teams are asked to arrive at 08:30am and check in at the tournament headquarters. Teams should be
fully dressed in a consistent team uniform or tracksuit, suitable for the weather conditions.
The opening ceremonies should take no more than 45 minutes and will start promptly.

Facilities
Coastal FC is pleased to offer some of the finest facilities in Canada and South Surrey Athletic Park.
Games will be played on a mix of natural and synthetic surfaces. Teams should be prepared to play on
either surface, for any game in the competition.

Detailed field maps will be distributed in information package #2.
South Surrey Athletic Park is equipped with four (4) change rooms. Change rooms are allocated on a first
come, first served basis. Teams are asked to be respectful and use them for changing purposes and not
team meetings or pregame preparation. Meetings can be done on the technical areas, on the field.
Medical
Morgan Crossing Sports Medicine Clinic will provide on-site physiotherapy and athletic therapy.
Basic tape and supplies will be provided free of charge to players.
Teams or athletes requiring additional services will be provided preferential appointments, based on

The game facilities are located in South Surrey/White Rock. There are many restaurants and shops in the
area. More information will be provided in information package #2.
