Airworthy Aerospace is, by volume, the largest aviation carpet
and vinyl flooring fabricator in North America. We are the only
carpet fabricator with 2 (two) state of the art 12 foot continuous
feed automated cutters in multiple facilities; Hudson, Wisconsin
and Deerfield Beach, Florida. With our new state-of-the art facility
in Deerfield Beach, Florida, our capacity sustains up to 80,000
square yards of carpet per month. Having these 2 manufacturing
facilities provides protection and “peace of mind” to the customer
by implementing internal contingency planning with the ability to
overlap production between both facilities at any given moment.

Our entire process is automated. Airworthy is the first to use Laser
Inspection Devices Technology to ensure the quality standards. In
order to maximize labor efficiencies while minimizing errors, we have
developed customized automatic rollers and strapping machines
for our carpet and vinyl fabrication operations.
As the North American leader of Aviation Carpet Fabrication,
Airworthy Aerospace offers the following services and solutions:
• Utilize two state of art 12′ wide cutters in the fabrication of your
carpet requirements
• Digital cutters utilize continuous feeders that allow for unlimited
length carpet segments
• Onsite engineers are ready to provide complete aircraft
mapping, carpet layouts and detailed dimension drawings
which are produced in our CAD system and then loaded into
our cutter to ensure dimensional accuracy to less than 1/16th of
an inch
• Digital cutters part-mark each individual segment with the
customer part number, purchase order, date of manufacturer
and segment directional installation marker.
• Laser inspection technology to ensure customer quality standards
are met or exceeded
• Work closely with all major carpet manufacturers including
Mohawk, Botany, Anker, Neotex, Lantal and Manx.
