Workshop Description
A caregiver and toddler yoga class (age 2-5 years) where adults will get to connect with their children through song and movement. We will end with a rest and relaxation for everyone. No previous yoga
experience needed!
Misty Finney loves teaching yoga to parents and kids! She is a professional in the mental health field
and has been teaching yoga in various capacities since completing her first teacher training program at Cal
State San Bernardino in 2006.
